Documenting Back To School with FUJIFILM’s Instax SQ6 Camera

It’s that time of year again where everyone is heading back to school! With Jack going back to preschool and this being his last year until kindergarten, it’s got me wanting to document everything even more! Time is flying by and I can’t even handle it! I’m excited to partner with FUJIFILM to give you fun ways to document your child’s school year, memories and milestones! I’ve made a checklist below to help remind you what occasions to remember to document.

Documenting Back to School with FUJIFILM’s Instax SQ6 Camera

Thanks to the amazing FUJIFILM Instax SQUARES® SQ6 camera you can easily take it around everywhere you go and capture trips, “firsts,” and new and exciting adventures. I love the over all model of this camera and love that it has the viewfinder and focuses on your target spot. The perfectly square images great house or decorate in a scrapbook. It has a retractable lens and several different modes you can shoot in too, which is awesome.

Hang Them Around the Home

One thing I love is having hard copy photos in our home. I love being able to see the places we’ve been and fun things we’ve done to remind me of some incredible memories. These photos from the FUJIFILM Instax SQUARE® SQ6 are even more meaningful because when you have film you’re not taking 1,000 pictures of one thing. We hung up this photo hanger above Jack’s bed and it has been so fun to watching him switch the pictures out and I love the thought of him getting to hang up everything over the next year and reflecting back on all the fun things we’ve done.

Scrapbooking / Journaling

I have never been a real good scrapbooker, it always seems like a lot of work to pick out the perfect pictures, print them, go pick them up and yada yada yada. Having the pictures print out right after you take them makes scrapbooking a whole lot easier! Add some washi tape, paper and stickers and you’re good to go! Jack and I had so much fun scrapbooking his first day of school, first day of soccer and our matching family PJ’s! This is such a creative way to have your kids remember all the fun things they do throughout the year and it’s also great bonding time with your kids! We will definitely be doing this once a month! Jack and I loved it! The most magical thing for a kid is to take their own photos and decorate their room with them. We have done this before with Jack and it made our trip to California magical!

Checklist

I know how busy the days, weeks, months and years get so… I made this little printable to help you remember all those days you don’t want to forget to document!

Make sure you head over to the FUJIFILM website and check out all the cool products they have! THIS is the camera that I have, check it out, you’ll love it! I hope you all had the best week back to school and have the funnest year capturing all those memories to store for a lifetime!
